Linda is definitely one in a million when it comes to real estate agents. First and foremost she does not treat you like a transaction. She gets to know you and keeps in touch throughout the process. She makes sure you understand the entire process while you are dealing with it. Since meeting Linda she is the only real estate agent I have used or would use in Pennsylvania. I send everyone I know to Linda. If she could have handled my out of state transactions they would have gone much better. So I could go on and on but to wrap this up. A Family member suggested MK. She responded by rearranging her schedule as much as possible and helped us find a home, on very short notice. Our home in Florida sold in one day, and without MK. My fear was we'd essentially be homeless. Closing loomed large, and we had no prospects. Fortunately MK. Was there to help. While the home we found was not ideal. It is comfortable and took a HUGE burden off our shoulders. We can't thank MK enough fir stepping up to help us in our time of need. So yes. If we ever house hunt again. MK will be our go to.
